Privacy Policy

ZIMDEGOR LLC operates zimdegor.com and the ZIMDEGOR application ecosystem. This policy explains the data used to provide those sites, shared accounts, and requested services.

Shared accounts

When you register or use Google sign-in, we process your email address, optional name and profile image, verification state, password hash when applicable, session records, and security metadata. Account records are stored in the shared zimdegor_accounts database. A secure, HttpOnly session cookie named zimdegor_accounts_session is scoped to .zimdegor.com so login and logout work across the ecosystem. We use Google only to authenticate the identity you authorize and Mailjet to deliver verification and reset messages.

Analytics and advertising measurement

Google Analytics and Google Ads tags are optional. They are not requested until you make a saved choice that enables the corresponding category. Analytics and advertising choices are separate, the choice is stored locally under zimdegor_consent_v1, and Global Privacy Control disables advertising measurement. Use “Privacy choices” in the footer at any time to change or withdraw consent.

Other information

We process information you intentionally submit through contact and product workflows, plus limited security and diagnostic logs needed to operate the services. We do not send form contents, passwords, or raw account identifiers to analytics.

Sharing, retention, and rights

We use service providers only as needed for hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics you authorize, payment or requested product functions. We retain information for operational, security, legal, and contractual needs and remove or de-identify it when no longer required.
